Roy Haynes week @ Harvard University.

Greetings all!

I just wanted to say how nice it was for Mayor Tom Merino to declare it "Roy Haynes week" in Boston, last week and thanks for the great job that Harvard University did (along with the faculty, students and Jazz Boston) in honoring my father! Oh and I cannot leave out Roy Hargrove, who played his butt off as usual! I only attended the finale concert on Saturday at Harvards Sanders Theater (and that alone was awesome) but I heard the whole week was great, as well. Congratulations d… Continue

The Soft Pack On World Cafe

Tired of the new-wave explosion in their hometown of San Diego, The Soft Pack's Matt Lamkin and Matty McLoughlin got their start after deciding to revive old-school grunge.
